I have relented... and will start instagramming soon. I have a feeling about the Insta business though, and that feeling is that when I finally start putting my pictures in the Instagram, it will be old fashioned and there will be a new fad, and then I have to think about it for a few years whilst some people will nudge and poke me to do that fad, and so the cycle continues etc etc. When I started blogging in the beginning of the Naughties, I was amongst the first I think. Now that I don't hang about web so much anymore, I am reluctant to learn new things and be exposed. But, as said, I have relented... Insta could be fun. I took a few pictures yesterday. Like this one here. The plant was given to me by my daughter a while back. It keeps giving one faint purple flower at a time.
I remembered this blog tonight because someone else was talking about blogging tonight, and not liking it. I don't know if I like it. I suppose I do. I like writing although I rarely write anymore. I remember when I still liked it a lot. That was in the early naughties. I was very much into it, the whole blogging thing, until I ended up being mentioned in an article, and I stopped. A friend recently said I HAVE to be on Instagram. I tried to say that I DON'T have to because there is nothing that I would gain from it. You only HAVE to be there if you have a business. She has one. I don't. The day might arrive though.
These flowers are climbing a bush. That's the way!
I don't know why but here it is. "Koivu". A birch tree. That was in July back home. Now it's the season in northern Europe where two darks are facing each other. This is to refer to an old saying and I think it means the time of the year when it is dark during the day and dark during the night. It is the darkest season of the year in Finland. But this picture was taken in summer. When two lights were facing each other.
